We1in Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

01Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the we1in platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the registration date
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding contract
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services
• Registering in your own name only and not on behalf of another person
• Providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process

We1in reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

02User Account & Security

Each user is only permitted to own one (1) active account at we1in at all times. Owning more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's information, is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs in your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party
• Notify we1in immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Ensuring the personal information in your account is always up to date and accurate

03Depositing and Withdrawing Funds

All financial transactions at we1in are subject to the following policies:

Regarding Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be blocked or returned
• We1in does not charge processing fees for deposits made via local Malaysia payment methods

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances that require approval from the finance team

04Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made

07Account Closure and Suspension

We1in reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that a user is under 18 years of age
• Owning more than one active account
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Repeated or serious violations of these terms and conditions
• Account closure requested by the user

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, we1in reserves the right to withhold the existing balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the closure is for reasons unrelated to a user violation, any valid balance will be returned through the standard process.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the we1in support team and following the established closure procedure.

08we1in Limitation of Liability

We1in will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of fair and valid game outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Any financial decisions made based on information obtained through our platform

Our liability, if any, in any case is limited to the value of your net unused deposit for gaming. we1in is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

09Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content found on the we1in platform, including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, software, text, images, brand names, and game content, is the exclusive property of we1in or third parties who have licensed its use to us.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, republishing, or modifying any we1in content without written permission
• Using the we1in brand name, logo, or trademarks for personal or commercial purposes
• Creating derivative works from any content on our platform
• Automatically extracting or collecting data from the we1in platform

Any unauthorized use of we1in's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Malaysian and international copyright law.
